Can I buy a hotel room in penang for family holidays?

Im interested in either an appartment or a hotel room on batu ferringhi beach, does anyone have any info?

usually you have to buy the property before the construction of the building.





You may ask real estate agent to look around.


Sometimes there are few units sold back by the previous owner that you can buy from.





If you purchase that kind of property, the management will


short term rent it to other visitors.


Part of the income will go to the management and some will be credited to your bank account, depending on the percentage during the agreement with the management.

A wonderful family hotel in Penang, on Batu Ferringhi Beach is Golden Sands Resort.


I stay there every time i go to Penang, it's a great family hotel, and can easily access Georgetown via the Shuttle Bus from the hotel.


The rooms too, are very affordable. You can choose from either a sea-facing or hill-facing room. Both are wonderful, although with a family i would recommend the sea facing rooms or suites.

you do not 'buy' a hotel room but you can 'rent' any of the hotel rooms which subject to availability.

Good value hotel in Batu Feringghi would be the Hydro Majestic Hotel..if you wanna splurge then the best place to stay would be the Park Royal Hotel or the Shangri-la Rasa Sayang Beach Resort.

if you can afford for the luxury hotel.E%26amp;O is the best.it's in georgetown and it's facing sea as well.and the most luxurious heritage hotel in the whole malaysia.





if you prefer batu ferringhi then you can stay in lone pine hotel.another high class hotel.





both is very famous and popular among tourists.
try seach for Malvista, rented the apartment there twice appox 9 - 10 years ago, they don't have a beach front but just across the street
