Can i get a hotel room on the vegas strip for 2 adults if i'm really bringing 4 adults?

my friends and i r going to vegas and we just wanted to know if we can do the old trick getting a room for 2 adults but were really bringing 4 adults so that way its cheaper. i remember going to vegas 2 years ago and there was a cop by the elevators and asked everyone to see their room card. we will be staying at Hooters hotel. please answer if you been to vegas and know the real answer.Can i get a hotel room on the vegas strip for 2 adults if i'm really bringing 4 adults?

1) Rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional fee for the 3rd and 4th party occupants will be charged, per night.





2) Maximum occupancy per room is 4 persons, regardless of age.

With that said, you can book a room and have 4 adults there but if you get caught, they will bill you for the additional 2 people.





People do what you are trying to do all the time. Here are ways you can get away with it.





1) Only two of you should approach the front desk at check-in


2) Don't ask for additional room keys


3) Do not make noise in your room /no parties


4) Do not request extra towels


5) The security guards will let you in the elevator if one of you have a room key

I know at Paris they don't ask for any id, but you can say they are just coming up for drinks- they cant really tell you no.
