Need to know the cheapest condotel, apartelle or hotel, room around Mandaluyong, Makati area?

I'm planning on a really long vacation (bout a month) , and dont want to break the bank. Could anyone point me to a cheap place...not really like cockroach-leisurely-walkin-around-cheap but AC, clean, nice bath n bed would sufffice. FYI $50 is not really cheap!!
