If i want to book a room for 4 people does the ';standard hotel room'; provide two full beds?

It's a cheap price and I'm worried that a standard hotel room will end up being one king size bed for 4 people or two twins or something. I certainly want 2 doubles, fulls, or queens. How can I know that I will be getting that when I check in?If i want to book a room for 4 people does the ';standard hotel room'; provide two full beds?

Call and ask the hotel. As long as you are staying in the States, standard rooms are either 2 full beds or one king/ one queen. If you are traveling internationally, like say Europe, a standard room can be much different and typically includes two twin beds that can be combined to make a queen/king. As long as you request two full beds ahead of time, they hotel will most likely try to accommodate you according to their availability.
